1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to NexaCurrent, including its articles, search, accounts, Ask AI, calculators, Tarot and divination tools, Daily Good Luck feature, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
NexaCurrent is the website operator and is based in the United States.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for a general audience and not for children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use account and interactive features only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from receiving it.
3. What the service provides
NexaCurrent provides English-language news, source references, search, informational tools, saved AI conversations for signed-in users, and optional AI-generated explanations of displayed tool results.
Features, limits, categories, providers, and availability can change as the service develops. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove material or features when reasonably necessary.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your password and device. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account is compromised.
Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, create accounts through deceptive means, or use multiple identities to evade security or daily limits.
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice or a way to contact us about the restriction.
5. News and editorial material
News changes quickly. We aim to present sourced and readable information, but we do not guarantee that every article, summary, date, quotation, source description, or external link is complete, current, or error-free.
NexaCurrent content is for general information and discussion. It is not legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, safety, immigration, employment, or other professional advice. Verify important facts with original sources and qualified professionals.
A link, quotation, or source reference does not mean that NexaCurrent endorses every statement, product, policy, or practice of the third party.
6. Ask AI and generated content
AI answers are generated from supplied context and, for research questions, available sources. Generated output can misunderstand a question, omit context, present outdated information, or state something incorrectly.
Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for an original source or professional judgment. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken after reading an answer.
Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, infringing, unlawful, or highly sensitive information. You may delete saved conversations through the available interface, subject to the Privacy Policy and protected backup cycles.
7. Tarot, astrology, divination, and Daily Good Luck
Tarot, astrology, numerology, Chinese calendar, I Ching, fortune-stick, and similar features are offered for entertainment, cultural learning, encouragement, and personal reflection. They do not predict the future, reveal another person’s thoughts, establish scientific facts, or guarantee luck or outcomes.
Do not use these tools as the sole basis for health, safety, legal, financial, employment, immigration, gambling, emergency, or relationship decisions. A positive message is encouragement, not a promise.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attack, probe, overload, disrupt, scrape at a rate that harms the service, bypass access controls, defeat daily limits, introduce malware, automate deceptive account creation, extract credentials, or attempt unauthorized access to data or administration systems.
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass others, distribute malicious or fraudulent material, or cause NexaCurrent or its providers to violate their rules.
Reasonable use of public pages by ordinary browsers and search engines is permitted. Separate written permission may be required for systematic commercial republication, bulk extraction, model training, or resale of site content.
9. Intellectual property
The NexaCurrent name, visual identity, original layout, software, and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party articles, quotations, photographs, Tarot artwork, data, and trademarks remain subject to their respective owners and licenses.
You may read, link to, quote brief portions with attribution where lawful, and use the service for personal and non-commercial purposes. These terms do not grant permission to republish substantial content, remove credits, imply endorsement, or use protected material outside an applicable license or legal exception.
10. Submissions and communications
You retain ownership of material you send. You represent that you have the right to send it and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.
If you clearly submit material for possible publication, you grant NexaCurrent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, verify, edit, reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute that submitted material for editorial and promotional purposes. Ordinary private account support and privacy correspondence is not licensed for publication by this paragraph.
A submission does not guarantee publication, payment, confidentiality, or a response unless NexaCurrent separately agrees in writing. Do not send confidential or highly sensitive records without a prior secure arrangement.
11. Third-party services and links
The service relies on or links to third parties, including hosting, security, identity, AI, search, publishers, and image sources. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies.
NexaCurrent is not responsible for a third-party site merely because it is linked or cited, but these terms do not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures, security events, network conditions, legal requirements, or events outside reasonable control.
We may change free limits, discontinue features, or alter content. We will not use a change to remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to remove.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that every item of content or generated output will be accurate.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular warranty exclusions. In those places, this paragraph applies only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaCurrent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Because United States contract law can also depend on state law, a more specific state and venue may be added when NexaCurrent establishes a principal state of operation.
Before starting a formal dispute, please email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue so both sides can try to resolve it informally. This request does not shorten or waive any legal deadline or right.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing account users will receive additional notice when required by law.
