How to use Connect the Dots Generator
Turn a safe local SVG path into a numbered connect-the-dots puzzle, adjust its dots and labels, preview the sequence, and download a printable SVG. Begin with the built-in outline or choose a local SVG that contains at least one path. Select a path, choose how many numbered dots to sample, adjust dot and label size, then switch between an editable preview and sequential play before downloading the generated SVG. The active result always remains visible in the workspace, and any provided Reset or New game control restores a documented starting state instead of quietly preserving an old outcome.
Mouse, touch, and keyboard-friendly controls are provided wherever the underlying action can be expressed without a complex gesture. Status changes are written as text as well as color or motion, so the next step is not hidden inside the visual board.
Rules and method
The browser parses the SVG as data, extracts only bounded path geometry, and samples positions at regular distances with the standard SVG path-length interfaces. It redraws its own dots, labels, guide segments, and optional outline; it never executes scripts, inline event handlers, foreign objects, external references, style imports, or arbitrary label functions from the selected file. The game runs in the current browser tab, so ordinary play does not require a remote opponent, game account, or cloud session.
The page names its actual rule set instead of implying that every regional, tournament, classroom, or commercial version behaves identically. Visible counters, board state, selected controls, and completion messages make the result inspectable rather than treating animation as proof that an action succeeded.
Practical play and accessibility
Use fewer points for a young learner or a compact print, and add points when the silhouette loses an important turn. Preview the numbered order before printing, keep labels away from the path where possible, and use the visible controls or keyboard alternative when precise pointer dragging is inconvenient. Restarting is useful when learning, and a lower difficulty or slower pace is a legitimate control choice rather than a lesser result.
Interactive targets use native buttons or labelled controls where possible. Drag, swipe, sound, timing, and motion never stand alone when a simpler control can perform the same job. The layout reflows for a narrow screen, visible focus remains available, and the site-wide reduced-motion preference limits decorative animation.
Privacy and limits
Only ordinary SVG path geometry within the displayed file-size, path-count, coordinate, and point-count limits is accepted. Text, images, fills, filters, gradients, masks, clipping, animation, embedded fonts, remote assets, and unsupported SVG elements are not preserved, so a complex illustration may produce only a simplified outline. The exported file is a local puzzle draft, not proof that the uploaded artwork is safe to publish or that the user owns its rights. These boundaries keep a casual entertainment page from making a medical, legal, financial, diagnostic, spiritual, or performance claim it cannot support.
Names, choices, moves, scores, drawings, and settings are processed locally and are not submitted to NexaCurrent by the tool. Reloading or closing the page normally clears the current session. No login, cloud save, leaderboard, advertising profile, or remote opponent is involved in ordinary play. If a result affects another person, a prize, safety, money, consent, or access, use an appropriate transparent process rather than treating a browser game as authority.
