Zenkraft launched Zenkraft Shipping for Agentic Commerce, a Commerce App available for Salesforce B2C Commerce's Storefront Next, according to the company's October 8, 2026 Business Wire release carried by MarketMinute and MarTech Series. The app is available in the Commerce App Registry and is intended to let merchants add estimated delivery dates, branded tracking and return capabilities to their storefronts without custom integration work.

The release describes Commerce Apps as Salesforce B2C Commerce's extensibility framework for installing plug-and-play third-party apps directly in Business Manager. Zenkraft's app connects shipping, tracking and returns with the commerce experience, while the company's pre-built network covers more than 200 global carriers. Zenkraft said it has provided Salesforce-native shipping solutions for more than 15 years to more than 700 organizations across retail and e-commerce, manufacturing, and health and life sciences.

Salesforce and Zenkraft frame the app as a simpler setup option

Salesforce's Lennart Stevens, VP of Product Management, Commerce Cloud, said Storefront Next is designed as a modern, composable foundation that its partner ecosystem can extend. He said Zenkraft's app gives merchants a simpler way to add multi-carrier shipping directly to their storefront without a separate custom integration.

Zenkraft General Manager David Parry said shipping can create complexity through manual processes, limited visibility and errors that erode margins and affect the consumer experience. He said adding Zenkraft during storefront setup gives Salesforce customers a quicker, more straightforward path to connecting shipping with commerce, reducing manual work and supporting a more connected delivery experience.
