In the Katsushika-ku ward of Tokyo, Ici Japon Village reads less like a conventional hotel and more like a pocket neighborhood. The property opened on 3 April 2023 as the first two Japanese houses designed for the community of Tev, the entrepreneur behind the Ici Japon channel, and his wife Akiko. By 17 October 2024, six additional houses had been added, turning the original pair into a small village of homes designed around the couple's vision of Tokyo living.

The full name of the project, Ici Japon Village, les maisons de Tev à Tokyo, points straight to the story behind the rooms. Every house is described as modern, drawn and decorated specifically by Tev and Akiko, giving the village a personal signature rather than a generic boutique-hotel feel.

Twenty-Two Rooms Across Three Levels

The village counts 22 hotel rooms in total, arranged over three levels. Guests can choose between Western-style rooms with a classic bed andJapanese-style roomswith a futon laid on tatami. Reservations run from a single night up to three months long, and can be made up to a year in advance, giving both short-stay visitors and longer Tokyo residents plenty of flexibility. All bookings go through the partner agency's own website under the Ici Japon / Keikaku partnership.
