A Building Reimagined for a New Era

The hotel was severely damaged in the 2020 Beirut Port explosion, an event that devastated much of downtown Beirut. Kingdom Holding Co. announced that the property, which it originally built, will be entirely reconstructed and refurnished by Kingdom Beirut S. and is set to reopen in the first quarter of 2026.

The Superior City-View Room uses warm earth tones and a lavish marble bathroom to frame views of lively Downtown Beirut just outside the window. The Residential Suite, one of the property's most popular, adds a small kitchenette for late-night snacks and a private terrace with midnight views of the sea and mountains.

The dining lineup at Four Seasons Hotel, Beirut centers on Mediterranean flavors with a local accent. The Grill specializes in prime cuts and Mediterranean cuisine, serving Lebanese manakish and international breakfast plates with marina sunrise views, and premium steak with local wine on the terrace at night. Arabesque is a laid-back terrace lounge for quiet conversations under the stars, with shisha and plates such as tabbouleh with quinoa and mini chicken shawarma. Level 26, designed by Bernard Khoury, is described as Beirut's highest rooftop bar and lounge, offering panoramic vistas, Pan-Asian bites and handcrafted cocktails year-round. The Lobby Lounge is set up for afternoon tea, a quick bite or a scenic power lunch.

Beyond the guest rooms, the hotel comprises 230 guest rooms and suites, four food and beverage outlets, a ballroom, a business centre with five meeting rooms, and a spa and health club that includes a rooftop swimming pool. Multiple outlets are currently marked temporarily closed during the reconstruction period, reflecting the property's path back to full operation.
