A polished base by the Schlossgarten

Le Méridien sits at Willy-Brandt-Straße 30, 70173 Stuttgart, by the Schlossgarten and close to the main train station. The setting places the city's green corridor and central rail hub within easy reach, giving the property a natural role as a base for both business stays and city breaks. Inside, the mood leans contemporary, with international flair, warm professional service and a design language that nods to Stuttgart's artistic heritage.
Events and the Elysée Ballroom
Thirteen meeting rooms share the floor with the Elysée Ballroom, a setting built for gatherings that need a little grandeur. Spaces can host up to 300 participants and flex between conferences, social events, car presentations and art exhibitions. The Schlossgarten address, close to the main station, helps arriving guests settle in quickly.
Suites refreshed with Stuttgart in mind
A recent soft refurbishment of the Diplomatic and Presidential Suites drew on the local artistic heritage, as well as the tenth-century and Baroque castles in the neighboring Schlossgarten Park. Hamburg-based JOI-Design led the work, drawing the eye outward to surrounding gardens through oversized mirrors in the Diplomatic Suite living room, where taupe and gray textiles with muted purple accents let orange notes in the artwork pop. The Diplomatic Suite dining room pairs a neutral, solid-color palette with a disc-shaped "floating" chandelier. Measuring around 1,722 sq ft (160 sq m), the Diplomatic Suite shares the spotlight with the 2,691 sq ft (250 sq m) Presidential Suite, billed as the largest suite in Stuttgart.
Rooms and residential suites
Accommodations span stylish standard rooms through to the Presidential Suite, covering an exclusive selection of guest rooms and suites in varied styles and categories. Premium rooms are positioned for travelers who value excellent transport connections, while suite categories stretch from expansive top-floor residences to stylish junior suites, each designed for privacy, comfort and flexibility for both leisure and business travelers. Common comforts include contemporary interior design, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an in-room safe.
Wellness and everyday comforts
A standout leisure feature is the 850 m² spa area with pool, offered with complimentary access to guests. Separate living areas, premium amenities, soundproof windows and elegant interiors shape the executive suite atmosphere, where relaxation and productivity are meant to coexist.
Ownership and operator
The property is operated on a long-term lease by Meridien Hotels GmbH (Germany). DIFA acquired the building, with the transaction advised by Klein & Associates Immobilienberatung GmbH. The deal reflected a broader portfolio strategy pairing institutional investment with leading international operators, while positioning the asset as a hotel investment within Stuttgart's central hotel market.
