go!go!vanillas open Asia tour with Seoul headline show
Japanese four-piece band go!go!vanillas launched their first Asia tour with a "go!go!vanillas Asia Tour 2026" headline concert at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul on July 12, drawing a sold-out audience for a roughly two-hour set. The band — Maki Tatsuya on vocals and guitar, Yanagisawa Shintaro on guitar, Hasegawa Keisuke on bass, and Jett Seiya on drums — opened the show with "Heisei Pain" before moving through a set spanning garage rock, hardcore, ska, punk, and R&B. Fan favourites including "SHAKE" and "Dandelion" were featured, the May-released single "Fallin' / Falling" drew peak cheers from the audience, and the regular set closed with "SCARY MONSTER" before an encore that included "Ohayo Culture." After the show, members took part in a VIP event, handing out autographed postcards and posing for commemorative photos with Korean fans, underscoring Seoul's role as the launch market for the band's first overseas tour.
Motionless In White launch summer tour with new song debuts
Motionless In White opened their summer touring cycle on July 14 at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheatre in Bridgeport, Connecticut, debuting a cover of Corey Hart's 1983 hit "Sunglasses At Night" live for the first time. Vocalist Chris Motionless had publicly wanted to record the song for more than a decade, and the cover will appear on the group's upcoming gold-certified industrial metalcore album "Decades," due out Friday, July 17. The same launch show featured the first-ever joint live performance of the recent single "R.I.P.," with guest Skylar Grey joining the band on stage. The run, which also features Lorna Shore, Fit For A King, and Static Dress as support, continues July 16 at the BankNH Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire, with additional amphitheatre dates stretching through mid-August.
Other tours and album projects in the pipeline
Several other high-profile tours and releases line up around the same window. Red Velvet's "2026 Red Velvet FAN-CON 'A & Day Red Velvet in'" runs July 31 through August 2 at Hwajeong Gymnasium at Korea University, with an additional July 31 date opened after the originally announced August 1 and 2 shows sold out during the fan club presale. Louis Tomlinson's "How Did We Get Here?" world tour reaches the Philippines on October 17 at the Araneta Coliseum, while Singapore-based singer-songwriter Lullaboy brings his "Hotels & Heartbreaks" Asia tour to Manila on July 17 at Teatrino Promenade in Greenhills, San Juan. Hwang Chi Yeul is scheduled to hold his "2026 'Our Summer' Concert in Taipei" on August 22 and 23, with tickets to go on sale through KKTIX on July 22.
