Spotify milestone

The collaboration between LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT and KATSEYE, all under Hybe, surpassed 100 million cumulative streams on Spotify as of July 23, reaching the threshold in just 41 days following its June 12 release. The Korea Herald, Cineplay and Sportal Korea all reported the milestone, framing it as an unusually fast ascent for a girl-group collaboration. The track's music video had crossed 93 million views on YouTube by the same date.
Global chart performance
"Iconic By Mistake" ranked No. 21 on Spotify's Weekly Top Songs Global and No. 22 on the UK's Official Singles Top 100, according to the Korea Herald's tally. Cineplay reported that the single entered the US Billboard Hot 100 for a fifth consecutive week, while the Korea Herald placed it at No. 38 on that chart. Sources framed the sustained Billboard presence as evidence of durable global fandom beyond an initial streaming spike.
Follow-up releases
KATSEYE was set to release its pre-release single "Animal" ahead of its third EP, with the Korea Herald dating the drop to Thursday (July 23) while Sportal Korea listed the release for July 24; the two outlets did not resolve the discrepancy. ILLIT planned to release its second Japanese single, "I Got Your Back," on July 26, timed to the opening of its first Japanese tour, "ILLIT Live 'PRESS START♥' in JAPAN," in Tokyo.
Touring and live activity
LE SSERAFIM departed for Osaka on July 24 to begin the Japan leg of its second world tour, "2026 LE SSERAFIM TOUR 'PUREFLOW,'" which also covers North America and Europe. The group is scheduled to make its festival debut at Summer Sonic 2026 with performances in Osaka and Tokyo. KATSEYE will release the theater documentary "KATSEYE: Wild Hearts" in August and embark on its first North American and European run, "The Wild World Tour," beginning in September.
