Debut and chart placement
Stray Kids' new single "This & That" debuted at No. 38 on the Billboard Hot 100, according to the latest chart released Tuesday, August 18, 2026 (U.S. time). The song is the title track of the group's EP of the same name, which the band describes as conveying "a bold attitude and confidence to pursue what we want without being bound by convention." The No. 38 entry is Stray Kids' highest-ever position on the Hot 100 and the group's first song to reach the chart's top 40, following previous entries "LALALALA" (peaked at No. 90), "Lose My Breath" (No. 90), "Chk Chk Boom" (No. 49), "CEREMONY" (No. 52), and "Do It" (No. 68).
Five Billboard chart-toppers
Beyond the Hot 100, Stray Kids topped five Billboard charts in the same tracking week. The EP "THIS & THAT" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the Top Album Sales chart, the Vinyl Albums chart, and the World Albums chart. The group also re-entered the Artist 100 at No. 1. "This & That" additionally opened at No. 4 on the Digital Song Sales chart. On Billboard's global tallies, the track debuted at No. 15 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 25 on the Global 200.
Billboard 200 record
The Billboard 200 No. 1 marks Stray Kids' ninth chart-topping album, tying The Rolling Stones for the second-most No. 1 albums of any group in the chart's history, behind only The Beatles, who have 19. Earlier Billboard 200 No. 1s for Stray Kids include prior releases that built the group's record in the ranking.
Other K-pop entries on the Hot 100
Two other K-pop-related tracks appeared on the same Hot 100. "Dracula," a collaboration between BLACKPINK's Jennie and Australian act Tame Impala, ranked No. 8. K-pop girl group KATSEYE's "Animal" came in at No. 30.
What remains to be seen
Future weekly Billboard chart releases will determine whether "This & That" can sustain or improve upon its No. 38 debut, and whether Stray Kids can extend its streak of Billboard 200 No. 1 albums beyond the ninth.
