ICICI Bank Limited, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, priced USD 500 million of Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes on 31 August 2026 at 9:55 a.m. IST, carrying a fixed coupon of 5.308% per annum and a three-year tenor. The notes were issued in RegS format under the bank's existing USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Program, with pricing disclosed via an official regulatory filing dated the same day.

Timeline, proceeds and regulatory status

Allotment of the notes is scheduled for 3 September 2026, with the maturity date set for 3 September 2029 and semi-annual interest payments due on 3 March and 3 September each year. ICICI Bank stated that the net proceeds will be applied to general corporate purposes in line with applicable regulatory guidelines. The issuance is structured as senior unsecured debt and has not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, meaning the notes are not being distributed in the United States absent an applicable exemption.

Planned listing venues

ICICI Bank intends to list the notes on three venues: the Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange IFSC Limited, the Debt Securities Market of NSE IFSC Limited, and the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST). Cross-listing across the GIFT City IFSC exchanges and Singapore is consistent with prior offshore debt programs by Indian banks seeking diversified investor access in Asia.

Source of the disclosure

Both lead sources identify the disclosure as an official communication by ICICI Bank Limited dated 31 August 2026 made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The terms reported — issue size, coupon, tenor, allotment and maturity dates, use of proceeds, and listing venues — align across the two reports and trace back to that same regulatory filing.
