Netflix announces Chiranjeevi’s talk show

Netflix announced on October 29 that Chiranjeevi will host “Chiranjeevi’s Megaverse,” a conversation series centered on the people, stories and legacy of Telugu cinema. The announcement marks the actor’s first Netflix appearance in an original hosting role.

Netflix’s announcement said the show would offer “an intimate window” into the icons who have shaped Telugu cinema, with Chiranjeevi serving as its “emotional anchor.” The format is expected to combine candid conversations, personal anecdotes and appearances by figures from the industry.

Production has begun

The talk show is currently being filmed and remains scheduled to come to Netflix, with no premiere date announced. The reviewed coverage also did not provide an episode count or a confirmed full guest list.

Gold Box Entertainments, Atom Media Ventures and Sol Production LLP are producing the program. Gold Box is the banner of Chiranjeevi’s daughter Sushmita Konidela, who also co-produced his January 2026 film release “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu.”

Guest reports remain unconfirmed

Reports identified Telugu actors Brahmanandam, Sunil and Satya as possible early guests, and one report said an episode featuring them had been filmed. Netflix and the production team had not officially confirmed the guest lineup in the reviewed announcements.

The coverage was also unclear about whether the planned conversations would remain focused on Telugu cinema or extend to other areas of Indian film. That scope and the identity of additional guests therefore remain unresolved.

Release details still pending

Netflix’s promotional material described “Chiranjeevi’s Megaverse” as “coming soon” and exclusive to the platform. Further details about its schedule, guests and episode format were expected to be announced later.
