Clarke faces six alleged offences

Actor Noel Clarke appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to six sexual offences involving five women. The court confirmed that the 50-year-old denied two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure. The alleged offences occurred between 2007 and 2016.
Allegations span London and Dorset
The alleged conduct took place in London and Dorset. The case follows a Metropolitan Police investigation that began in September 2025, with charges announced last month.
The Crown Prosecution Service said it had decided to prosecute Clarke on the six charges. In a statement reported after the charges were announced, deputy chief Crown prosecutor Bethan David said prosecutors had established that there was sufficient evidence to bring the case to court and that doing so was in the public interest.
Police said complainants were receiving support
Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney said the five women connected to the charges continued to receive support from specially trained officers. He also urged anyone who had experienced sexual assault to contact police.
The proceedings remain active, and Clarke retains the right to a fair trial. The available reporting does not provide a subsequent hearing date or detail the evidence that will be presented at trial.
