Guggenheim lifts target ahead of earnings

From below third quarter glowing moon shining on dark starless sky at late night

Guggenheim raised its ServiceNow price target to $175 from $125, citing stable demand and expectations that the company’s third-quarter results could exceed consensus estimates, according to reporting published on October 23 and October 24, 2026. The firm maintained its Buy rating.

The target increase is an analyst assessment rather than guidance from ServiceNow or a guarantee of future stock performance. Guggenheim also expects ServiceNow’s fourth-quarter outlook to be in line with market expectations.

ServiceNow results are scheduled for October 28

ServiceNow plans to release third-quarter results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The company’s reported figures will therefore provide the next direct update on demand and the outlook Guggenheim evaluated in raising its target.

Second-quarter metrics set the reported baseline

For the second quarter, which ended June 30, ServiceNow reported subscription revenue of $3.877 billion, up 24.5% from a year earlier. Current remaining performance obligations reached $13.20 billion as of June 30, a 21% year-over-year increase. These figures describe the company’s previously reported second-quarter performance, not third-quarter results or customer spending after June 30.
